Mano Belmonte is a professional singer, actor and recording artist. He began performing as a child in Portugal and has been a member of the artistic community here in Toronto for more than 30 years... thanks for being here Mano
Ago Quintal is a graduate of the prestigious Eli Kassner Guitar Academy and has been playing guitar for the past 33 years. He is a studio musician as well as a composer and is in the midst of recording a rock album. He currently performs with the band Cha Cha Cha... thanks Ago
Steve Medeiros is a trained singer who has 2 albums recorded and is currently working on his third. He has been singing for 16 years and has performed across Canada and also on cruise ships... thanks Steve
Mario Jorge has been a singer since the late ‘60s. He began with protest songs and moved on to the fado in 1982. He released his first album in 2003... thanks Mario
Miguel Domingos is a musician who plays many different instruments. He is also a singer, music teacher and conductor who has been the “maestro” to some of the Portuguese concert bands in Toronto. He’s been leading the Banda Do Senhor Santo Cristo for the last 17 years ... thanks Miguel

We’d like to thank Madeira club for hosting this second part of the contest. Remember that the contest is will be moving on to Portugal Bar & Lounge - 1197 Dundas St. W. starting next Wednesday. January at Arsenal Do Minho, February at Casa Dos Açores and back to Casa de Madeira for the Final Qualifying round as well as the Grand Finale. Thanks to all the clubs for participating in this event.
